For each division, there will be 50 four-choice multiple-choice questions to be answered. The questions are mainly about cyber security and crime prevention. For secondary and tertiary students, questions on more topics such as computer arithmetic and computer command are set.
It will be a team challenge. Primary School Division will be given a cyber security related topic in advance and two-week time to prepare for a presentation on their preferred styles for competition.

Secondary School and Tertiary Student Divisions will altogether take multiple cyber security challenges in a controlled computer environment, but be assessed separately by the judging panel. Scores will be assigned to different groups that could work out accurate solutions within a specified timeframe.
